Mermaid Lake is a track from Daytona USA 2001, the Dreamcast port of the arcade racer, recreated for SRB2Kart by Mocha / TransCanadaLimited, and ported with permission to Ring Racers. A multiple lap track with a huge turn and some smaller turns on the way, using rings to go uphill and taking a big driftboost at the end of the big turn is quite the thrill.

TIPS AND TRICKS

  • There's a lot of room on the track to try and tether to other races until the last turns - with how the only tripwire cut is at the end, you'll have to use that well.

  • If you have sneakers or power items, you can use them to cut through some of the offroad at the end.

  • Oh hey, that billboard says RALLLLYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
